We've finally managed to "demenage" that is, to do the moving of our stuff from the apartment for storing in Henri's parents' house in Gigouzac.
We couldn't have done it without the help of (in order of appearance) Jean-Mi, Olivier, Cecile, Ergin, Matthieu and Anju, who did the heavy lifting in Paris.
The hard work was over when Vivi and Aurelien came, but they were just in time to see Henri unload on a neighbor he hasn't liked for ten years.
AWKWARD!
Then in Gigouzac Jean-Mi and Patricia came along and helped unload the truck with Louis, Arthur and the Dumont patriarch, Philippe.
Gaël, Jean-Mi and Patricia's son, rode with us on the truck. Here's the little man doing the shaking while we were doing the moving:
For now, our moving boxes have their own little room in the attic.
Till we meet again?
